Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how RunTrack+ users can delete their account and associated personal data.
Delete Your Account Through the Application
Users who can still access RunTrack+ may delete their account directly from the application.
Enter your current password and confirm the deletion. The account and associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Request Deletion Without the Application
Users who no longer have access to the application may submit an account and data deletion request by email.

Please include:
- The email address registered with RunTrack+.
- Your RunTrack+ User ID, if available.
- A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and associated data.
The developer may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Send Deletion RequestData That Will Be Deleted
After verification, the following information will be deleted where applicable:
- User account and profile information.
- Name, email association, and RunTrack+ User ID.
- Live-tracking records and recorded routes.
- Race results and leaderboard records associated with the user.
- Checkpoint records.
- Event participation information.
- Favorite-runner information.
- Other personal data associated with the RunTrack+ account.
Data That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, or applicable legal obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for as long as required.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests submitted by email will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
